Intense ruby red colour; in the nose hints of plums, forest fruits, bromeberries and raspberries; on the palate it is slightly spicy, soft, full-bodied and elegant with a long finish.
Vinification
Drying of the berries for 120 days (weight loss of 55%); after the soft pressing, 24 months in French oak. French barriques and 6 months in the bottle.
