Clean and bright straw yellow; the bouquet is intense, fruity, delicate and reminiscent of apples, apricots and tropical fruits, with nuances of magnolia blossom with roasted brioche behind. In the mouth fresh and voluminous. Good structure, with fine and well integrated perlage.

Bottle fermented, the 2nd fermentation took place during 9 mt. in the bottle.
