Ripe fruit and seductive spicy aromas in the nose. The wood is nicely integrated. Fresh herbs and nutty aromas join in on the palate and make this Chianti full and long lasting. Great vinification!

Producer
CHIOCCIOLI
Stefano Chioccioli, one of the most respected and excellent winemakers in the region, runs the family winery. Under his care a real jewel was created in a very short time. Together with his two sons Niccolò and Enrico, they take care of the vineyard in Gaiole Chianti as well as the vines in the two classico zones Quercegrossa and Gaiole Chianti. The soils are medium clayey, rich in limestone and marl. With 5000 vines per hectare and an average yield of 30 hectolitres per hectare, the yield is rather small and far below the legal requirements.
