Delightful aromas of black cherries and spices. On the palate notes of dark fruits and rum pot, plus a discreet fruit sweetness. A balanced and fine Nero d'Avola.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with frequent pumping over. Racking after 10-12 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel tank and matures in bottle for another 6 months.

The grapes are produced and harvested in Sicily, delivered to Abruzzo, to Oleria Orsorgna, where they are vinified into wonderful Demeter quality wines. All bottled wines of this line have in common not only the outstanding quality, but also the traditional cord over the neck of the bottle, which are knotted by people from the affiliated workshop for the disabled.
