Straw-yellow colour; in the nose, fragrances of peach, apple, lemon and light brioche notes; on the palate a fine and persistent perlage; the appearance is dry, soft and delicate with balanced acidity. Nice creaminess and great length.
Vinification
Die Grundweine stammen aus über 150 verschiedenen Weinbergen. Die 47. Abfüllung besteht aus 77% Jahrgangswein 2022 und 23% Reservewein aus den Jahren 2021 und 2020. Die 2. Gärung (Flaschengärung) dauert 25 Monate.

In 1965 Annamaria Clementi Zanella moved with her son Maurizio to the impressive hilly landscape of Franciacorta. After graduating from high school, the young Maurizio deepened his oenological knowledge at the universities of Beaune and Bordeaux. On his return, he modernised and expanded the family estate and from then on produced wines and sparkling wines of world class and prestige. Gambero Rosso, the leading Italian wine publication, has awarded Cà del Bosco the title 'Winery of the Year 2003'. Furthermore, Maurizio Zanella has been awarded 'tre bicchieri' countless times for his sparkling and still wines.
