Whole berry fermentation with maceration in wood for approx. 12 days, ageing: 12 months in large wooden barrels (25hl) then 12 months in clay barrels. A further 6 months in the bottle.

A wonderful discovery at Vinitaly 2022, Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, founders of the Gelati multi-company Grom, after selling their ice cream empire to Unilever, bought 30ha of land in Barbaresco, 10ha of which are planted with vines. There they produce today high-quality Barbarescos from single vineyards, which meet the highest standards. Other wines such as Barbera d'Asti or excellent Piemonte DOC complete the range.
