Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Powerful and elegant at the same time, it presents itself on the nose with an exotic approach. Intense fruity notes of mango, papaya and pink grapefruit. Complemented with hints of herbs such as lemon balm, as well as mineral notes of flint and sweet spices. On the palate it unfolds with a gripping dynamism. Long finish.
Vinification
Five days of maceration. Fermented in large oak barrels. Aging in steel tank.
