Strong, typical aromas of Sauvignon blanc, mango, asparagus, tomato leaves; on the palate it appears fresh with present aromas of exotic fruits, paired with the typical vegetable characteristics of Sauvignon blanc; modern vinification; suitable for aperitifs or light meals; always a pleasure.

Removed in steel tank, then stored for 2 mt. on the yeast.

The winery "Habla" stands for the modern wine of today. The focus is not only on the quality in the glass, but also on the "packaging", i.e. the appearance of the bottle. Habla stands for first-class wines, combined with modernity and style. The Extremadura region is one of the few places in Spain where slate soils can be found. The winery has 64 small plots planted with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot. All plots are monitored with the most modern technology, even a weather station is available to analyse the microclimatic conditions of each plot. Each year unique wines are created and marketed under unique numbers. Each number is unique in terroir and grape composition.
