Cherry red with violet shimmer. Generous and complex aromas of black fruits, laurel, cocoa and with light mineral notes. In the mouth complex, fresh and unconventional. A rich, Mediterranean and untamed wine.
Vinification
8 months in used French oak barrels of 500 litres. Production: 1'300 bottles.
