Producer
JOSé MANUEL CORRALES
José Manuel has created a personal project that aims to highlight the vineyards of his native region of Valdepeñas. The region has long been despised for its mass production, although it has exceptional vineyards. As a trained enologist, José Manuel discovered old cup-shaped vines planted on very poor clay-limestone soils in the highest areas of the DO Valdepeñas, between 740 and 850 meters above sea level. These vines and their terroir give José Manuel's wines a unique personality, characterized by richness, power, elegance and complexity.
