Notes
Golden yellow colour; intense and delicate nose of cherries; on the palate wonderfully velvety, soft, with supple power and incredible finish.
Vinification
Distillation is carried out using the traditional method of discontinuous distillation. The grappa is aged for 12 months in barriques of different woods.
