Ruby red; rich aromas of ripe plums, cassis, vanilla and tobacco; concentrated and lively on the palate; slightly sweet tannins. A very elegant, aromatic wine with great potential and great drinking pleasure.
Vinification
Harvest by hand before the grapes enjoy the exclusive "berry bath", a special washing and hydromassage treatment with three soaking tanks and a drying system. Fermentation and malo in oak barrels. After blending, the must matures for a further 12 months in barriques.

In 1965 Annamaria Clementi Zanella moved with her son Maurizio to the impressive hilly landscape of Franciacorta. After graduating from high school, the young Maurizio deepened his oenological knowledge at the universities of Beaune and Bordeaux. On his return, he modernised and expanded the family estate and from then on produced wines and sparkling wines of world class and prestige. Gambero Rosso, the leading Italian wine publication, has awarded Cà del Bosco the title 'Winery of the Year 2003'. Furthermore, Maurizio Zanella has been awarded 'tre bicchieri' countless times for his sparkling and still wines.
