A Langhe DOC Nebbiolo that combines the freshness of Nebbiolo with its complexity and structure, offering the perfect balance between power, finesse and aromatic breadth.
Vinification
Whole berry fermentation with maceration for about 12 days, aging: 12 months in barrique and tonneaux then 12 months in clay barrels. Further bottle aging for 6 months. Limited to 4'980 bottles

A wonderful discovery at Vinitaly 2022, Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, founders of the Gelati multi-company Grom, after selling their ice cream empire to Unilever, bought 30ha of land in Barbaresco, 10ha of which are planted with vines. There they produce today high-quality Barbarescos from single vineyards, which meet the highest standards. Other wines such as Barbera d'Asti or excellent Piemonte DOC complete the range.
