Dark ruby red wine with pleasant notes of red ripe fruit and tobacco; dry, soft on the palate with elegant spicy notes; long lasting. Awarded as best Merlot International at this year's Mondial du Merlot in Valais.
Vinification
20 days drying of the grapes. Afterwards gentle grape pressing and controlled maceration at 22°C. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and 3 months in the bottle.
