A Barbera d'Asti DOCG Superiore that is characterized by its elegance and complexity. The wine is grown on sandy soil and surprises with its depth and simultaneous immediacy. It opens with notes of licorice and tar, ripe plums, preserved cherries and ends with nougat on the palate.
Vinification
Whole berry fermentation with maceration for about 12 days, aging: 12 months in barrique and tonneaux then 12 months in 400L clay barrels. Further bottle aging for 6 months.

There they produce today high-quality Barbarescos from single vineyards, which meet the highest standards. Other wines such as Barbera d'Asti or excellent Piemonte DOC complete the range.
