Notes
This wine develops its balsamic aroma of spices, blackberries and plums, which give complexity and harmony to the bouquet. In the mouth, blackberry, black cherry and plum dominate at first and then pass into notes of tobacco and cloves. The acidity carried by the tannins and the soft body enliven the taste experience and provide a long finish.
Vinification
The fermentation lasts about 7 to 8 days. The wine obtained at the end of fermentation is transferred to steel tanks, where it matures for a few months, and then aged in wooden barrels for 8 months.
