Cherry red in the glass. Powerful bouquet with aromas of dark berries, figs and plums with balsamic nuances. Balanced, fleshy and persistent on the palate, with fine acidity and well-integrated tannins.
Vinification
Before the manual selection, the grapes are stored in a cold chamber at 5 degrees to avoid any oxidation of the grapes and fermented for 12 days at a controlled temperature. Maturation: 15 months in new French oak barriques. Produced without the addition of sulphites.
