Intense aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, redcurrants and freshly caramelized sugar. Pleasantly velvety on the palate, medium body, balanced tannins with a long finish.
Vinification
The typical Pinot fruit is in the foreground and is not influenced by anything else. The grapes are crushed, pressed and then the wine is matured in steel tanks. This preserves the fruity and spicy aromas of the grape.
