50% Petite Arvine, 25% Pinot Bianco, 25% Ermitage

Rich golden yellow; intense and complex nose, with exotic fruits, quince and toasted aromas; on the palate a soft attack, fresh, balanced structure, with a persistent finish.

Each grape must is fermented separately in French wooden barrels and then remains in barriques for about 9 months. Afterwards the wine is bottled and stored in the bottle for another 3 months.

Goes well with sea fish, white meat, antipast.
