Dense ruby red with violet nuances; the bouquet is intense and fine, with fruity notes of cherries, dried fruit and spices; full-bodied, full-bodied and velvety on the palate.
Vinification
Aging in stainless steel tanks for several months; second fermentation on the mash of the Recioto for 15 days; 18 mt. in wooden barrels; then 4 mt. in bottles.
Accompanying
Goes well with red meat, roasted or grilled. Also harmonious with game and mature cheese.

The winery was founded as a cooperative in 1933 and is located in the heart of the Valpolicella classico production area in the municipality of Negrar. Today it manages and coordinates the activity of about 230 wine growers over a total area of 450 hectares, all of which are located in the hilly region of Valpolicella classico in the northwest of Verona. The cultivation of the vineyards is carried out in harmony with the natural environmental conditions and, depending on the climatic characteristics, is oriented towards specific types of cultivation, which allows the vinification of grapes from individual vineyards and selections.
