Notes
Pronounced aromas of strawberry, red cherry, rose petals and a little honey. The slight residual sweetness and the long finish make the wine very sweet and harmonious.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed immediately after destemming to prevent too much tannin and color from being released from the skins. This gives Rosamunde its typical salmon pink color. The wine is then fermented and matured with a slight residual sweetness.
