Deep ruby red; intense attack, reminiscent of ripe cherries, vanilla and liquorice. On the palate there is a real fruit explosion paired with sweet spices, black pepper and chocolate. Open 1 hour before. Annual production: 5'000 bottles
Vinification
Aged for 24 months in new French oak barriques.
