Aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits on the nose. On the palate extremely aromatic with a sweet fruit, well balanced and with a pleasant acidity.
Vinification
Maceration for 3 hours, fermentation in steel tanks. Maturation for a further 3 months in steel tanks.

Gianni Tessari, born in Brognoligo in 1963, began to revolutionize the Soave together with his brother in the early eighties. Years of the Italian wine boom followed, in which the Tessari brothers played a decisive role. In the nineties the red varieties such as Amarone and Ripasso were added. 2013 was the turning point for Gianni Tessari. He left the family winery and now runs the Marcato winery in Roncà, which he now runs together with his wife and two daughters under the giannitessari label.
