Strong and bright cherry red with violet shimmer. Fruity bouquet. Powerful, fresh and clean aromas of blackberries and plums with balsamic and toasted notes in the background. In the mouth strong, elegant, fleshy and balanced. Shows a wonderful interaction between fruit and wood. A real Toro.
Vinification
Ageing: 14 months in French oak barrels The wine was vinified according to organic guidelines, but is not certified organic. Limited to 4698 bottles.
