Deep ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose is elegant and clear in herbaceous expression with nuances of blackberries and red berries. On the palate well structured, soft and persistent. A typical Cabernet from the region.
Vinification
Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is left to macerate for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Ageing: approx. 10 mt. in barriques

The beautiful estate of Cipriana is located in the foothills of the medieval village of Castagneto Carducci, near the Mediterranean Sea. Since 1975 the estate has been owned by the Fabiani brothers, who have planted 8 hectares of vines and 3.5 hectares of olive groves. Some of the vineyards are located directly on the estate and others along Via Bolgherese, where the most famous vineyards of the Bolgheri Appellation are located.
