A citrus note with aromas of juicy apricots, apples and melon. Fresh and aromatic persistent finish. Red wine grapes usually have less acidity than the whites, so Blanc de Noirs are a very good alternative for acid-sensitive connoisseurs.

For the Blanc de Noir, the grapes are pressed very quickly after harvesting, so that the colouring substances in the skin of the berries cannot pass into the white pulp from which the juice runs. Limited to 1'500 bottles.
