Fresh note of berries, citrus and exotic fruits, fine and long-lasting perlage with a balanced palate.
Vinification
The Rosé Brut contains 100% Pinot Noir and, like the Räuschling vines, is allowed to flourish on the shores of Lake Zurich. In the last beautiful days of autumn, the violet-blue grapes are picked by hand and then gently pressed. The base wine is then bottled and fermented in the bottle according to the "Méthode Traditionnelle". Limited to 2'500 bottles.
