Producer
BOROLI
It all began at Boroli in the 1990s. Silvano and Elena Boroli founded the winery of the same name in Castiglione Falletto, in the eastern part of the Barolo region. Achille joined the company in 2000 and is now the second generation to run it. The Boroli family is fully committed to quality. This is also evident in their own restaurant. Within a very short space of time, it has been awarded a Michelin star. Boroli: A sensational discovery for us. In addition to the basic Barolo, Boroli's portfolio also includes three single-vineyard Baroli: Cerequio, Villero and Brunella. Brunella is a monopole vineyard. This means that only Boroli maintains vines in this vineyard. Quality without compromise. This is the credo that Boroli follows in its wine production. Their wines are terroir-based and can be classified as more traditional in style. They are slender and mineral wines that wonderfully reflect the character of the Nebbiolo grapes.
