The nose is broad and complex with aromas of dark berries, garden herbs, vanilla and oriental spices. The palate is rich with well developed tannins and an accompanying freshness.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks with natural yeasts. Aging was carried out for 12 months in French oak barrels.
