Producer
GINI
The Gini winery looks back on a long tradition in the Soave production area and today comprises 25 hectares of vineyards. Part of the vineyard 'LA FROSCÀ' was already owned by the family in 1700. The winery is run by the brothers Sandro and Claudio Gini. Today's success can be explained by the restrictive handling of the low hectoliter yields. When the vegetation is lush, a large proportion of the grapes are cut out. The grapes are harvested up to three times to ensure that all the grapes are harvested at the peak of ripeness. The newly built winery, which was dug into the rock, is located in Monteforte d'Alpone, certainly one of the best locations for Soave.
