A rarity from Tuscany. The name of the grape is derived from the grape shape, which resembles a small fist. Ruby red with violet reflections; dark berries in the nose and on the palate; some gingerbread, figs and balsamic notes complete the fruit bouquet. Soft, sweet tannin, remains long on the palate. Extremely storable.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in cement tanks, with maceration on the skins for about two weeks. After racking, the wine is put into 500-litre tonneaux for 12 months. Micro-production of 1366 bottles.
