IL CASTELLACCIO
"A sip from the past, with an eye to the future" is how Il Castellaccio's corporate philosophy can be summarized. Valénte e Dinostro are the concrete result of your project of return to the roots. The grapes, cultivated exclusively by natural methods, are monitored with great precision and care during all their vegetative phases and with particular attention during the ripening period, and are made into wine in the winery by adding home-grown yeast. The vineyards are the visible proof of a deep-rooted tradition. History, tradition and nature of a unique "terroir" are the unmistakable values of Podere Il Castellaccio.
